Bruising

I combed through my files to find the patient with the most post op bruising. You will probably have less or none at all. Regardless, it will fade so don’t be too concerned. Pictured at day 7, please note the beautiful concave upper pole (red arrow) and convex lower pole (yellow arrow). The tiny blue arrow (green circle) in the pre op photo served as a reminder that her left breast and nipple/areola complex (which was larger) were lower than on the right so I wouldn’t forget to correct this during surgery. As you can see in the A/P post op photo, her breasts are exactly the same height now and I managed to raise her L. N/A complex too, to the exact same height as her R. one. I have also demonstrated that breast augmentations raise N/A complexes ever-so-slightly. (Compare the N/A heights in the pre and post op photos with the mole on her right breast (orange arrows)). Yes you do get a small lift with your breast augmentation if it is done expertly as here…
